✨ Do you have shop hours?
Not officially but we are in the shop working in the back most days from 9am-5pm. If you’re local, we are happy to schedule a pick up from our shop! If you’d like to meet with us to discuss a custom project or tour our shop, please contact us to schedule.
How do I order something custom that I don’t see on your website?
Contact us! Including as many details as possible. Size, colors, use, when you need it by, and photos are extremely helpful!
I’ll ask a few follow up questions and then send you a quote. If you approve the quote, you’ll “order” your sign and then we will get to work creating your custom piece!

I need something ASAP, do you have a rush option?
We do. Usually, it is $50 in addition to your order. Paying this extra amount will put your order at the very top of our to-do list! Usually, that means shipping in 1-2 business days.

I put the wrong details on my sign, can it be fixed?
With our acrylic signs, we use a permanent UV paint and it cannot easily be removed without damaging the acrylic. We are happy to remake the acrylic with the correct details - but there will be a fee. Please contact us to start the replacement process.
